Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts receivable processing
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Allocating and reconciling payments
• Managing customer accounts and account queries
• Following up outstanding invoices and collections
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Assisting with month-end reporting activities
• Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

Your Profile

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadline

• Experience using accounting or ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Oracle, Dynamics or similar
