Accounts Receivable Executive

Winsar Infosoft Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the end-to-end receivables cycle including billing, collections, reconciliation, and customer account management. The role ensures healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate accurate customer invoices as per contracts and billing schedules.
• Record and post customer receipts, ensuring timely cash application.
• Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays.
• Perform bank receipt reconciliation and maintain AR ledgers.
• Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analysis, and collection forecasts.
• Coordinate with sales, project, and support teams on billing approvals and clarifications.
• Maintain documentation for all receivable transactions and audit requirements.
• Support month-end closing and audit activities related to receivables.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
