Hiring! Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Verify invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and update MIS reports using Excel.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment-related activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Advanced Excel knowledge preferred (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, etc.).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts
