Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities
Loan Receivables Management

• Track EMI receivables for housing loans, LAP, and other products
• Monitor overdue accounts and ageing analysis
• Reconcile loan schedules with actual collections

Collections & Follow-ups

• Ensure proper accounting of penalties, late fees, and interest

Accounting & Reconciliation

• Daily booking of collections (cash, cheque, online, ECS/NACH)
• Bank reconciliation related to loan collections
• Reconcile customer loan accounts with GL balances

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily/monthly MIS on receivables and overdue status
• DPD (Days Past Due) reporting
• Support management with collection and recovery data

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with RBI and NHB guidelines
• Support internal and statutory audits
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

System Handling

• Work on Loan Management Systems (Finnon)
• Coordinate with IT for system discrepancies or corrections

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AR collection processes, credit control procedures, and NBFC regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports using various tools like Excel or specialized software.
• Experience with audit compliance processes, including statutory audit requirements.
