ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE

PANASONIC MALAYSIA IS LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE

Salary Range: Competitive Salary Package + Monthly Performance Incentive + Fixed Allowance

**Location:**Petaling Jaya

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Accounts Receivable Management:

• Enter daily collections promptly into the system.
• Monitor and diligently follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare journal entries for total collections.
• Handle credit notes and generate month-end reports.
• Verify invoices from dealers and monitor sales returns.

Sales Order Processing:

• Release sales orders efficiently to facilitate timely delivery.

Expense Claims Verification:

• Review and validate staff expense claims for accuracy and compliance.

Salesman Incentive Management:

• Check and prepare incentive calculations for sales personnel, along with related reports.

Month-end and Year-end Activities:

• Facilitate month-end closing procedures, including Accounts Receivable closing and preparation of month-end reports.
• Assist in year-end financial activities and reporting requirements.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
