Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

TCL Sun Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team in Ermita Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process dealer sales deduction claims
• Monitor and update credit memo (CM) deductions and provisions
• Handle rebate requests and coordinate with Sales and Service teams
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve pending deduction issues
• Process sales returns and necessary adjustments
• Maintain proper filing of CM documents for internal control
• Prepare reports such as YTD net sales (net of discounts)
• Track and report weekly status of pending deductions and critical claims

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably with exposure to deductions, credit memos, and reconciliations
• Strong experience in AR processes, including billing, collections, deductions, and account reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with credit memo (CM) processing, rebates, and sales return adjustments
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel
• Experience in financial reporting (e.g., sales reports, YTD analysis)
• Good communication skills, with ability to coordinate with Sales and other teams
