Accounts Receivable Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and customer outstanding balances.
• Generate and process customer invoices.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Perform customer ledger and account reconciliations.
• Allocate and record customer payments accurately.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and collection status reports.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of receivables and collections.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support audit requirements and statutory documentation.
