Accounts Receivable Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and promptly.

• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Record and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.

• Respond professionally to customer billing and payment inquiries.

• Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve account issues.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.

• Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, billing, or a related accounting position preferred.

• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
