Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a professional temp AR Specialist to join a team in Greenville, SC . This is a temporary 3 month contract role. Training will be ONSITE in Greenville but the rest of the assignment can be done 100% REMOTE . The ideal candidate will have prior AR experience and strong MS Office skills.

Job Description:

• Manage the Accounts Receivable Inbox request
• Respond to audit requests
• Assist with client ACH Setups
• Complete vendor forms
• Run Aging Reports
• Post payments in a timely manner
• Apply credits to posted bills
• Process Refunds using Chrome River
• Reconcile accounts
• Perform payment reversals

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of AR experience
• Strong MS Office Skills

Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Temp Role – 3 month temporary contract
• Training ONSITE in Greenville
• Rest of assignment can be done 100% REMOTE

Pay/Benefits:

• $20 - $22 hourly
