Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee accounts receivable and collection activities, ensuring accurate recording of payments and timely collection of outstanding customer balances.

The position will also be responsible for supervising AR activities, monitoring aging reports, and supporting the achievement of collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and AR aging reports.
• Oversee timely and accurate posting of customer payments and receipts.
• Lead collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Review account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
• Monitor collection performance and outstanding receivables.
• Supervise and support Accounts Receivable team members.
• Maintain accurate AR documentation and records.
• Assist with month-end closing and management reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting or a related course.
• Must have end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience gained from any industry.
• Experience in a local or shared-services environment is preferred.
• Must have people-management experience.
• Must have collection experience.
• Must have exposure to an accounting system.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
