Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance team in managing the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for assigned service accounts.
• Coordinate closely with operations and relevant internal teams on service agreements, billing requirements and invoicing arrangements.
• Generate and review revenue reports and supporting information required for accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices.
• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers and/or their designated next-of-kin (NOK) through the appropriate communication channels.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ageing balances, following up proactively with customers/NOKs to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of incoming collections against outstanding invoices and bank records, including receipt posting, banking activities and accurate recording of transactions.
• Support the Finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring AR transactions and reconciliations are completed within reporting timelines.
• Review existing workflows and support process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of service agreement administration, billing and Accounts Receivable processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Experience in Accounts payable or Accounts receivable
• Handling Partial accounting can be considered
