About Our Client An organisation within the industrial/manufacturing industry located in Shah Alam.

Job Description

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address overdue balances effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to accounts receivable activities.
• Communicate with Thai-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and client account management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation related to accounts receivable.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Accounts Receivables Accountant (Thai Speaker) Should Have

• Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial principles.
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
