JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Representative for Sales is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing sales transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales and finance teams. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, managing account balances, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a customer-focused attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in an accounts or sales-related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and sales processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage customer accounts and resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
