We are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses in coordination with project teams.
• Review subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support compliance with applicable accounting standards and ZATCA requirements.
• Supervise the accounting team and coordinate with external auditors.

Requirements:

• Saudi or other Arab nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–9 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Previous experience supervising accounting activities or teams.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
