Accounting Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, invoicing, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly accounts, reports, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and supplier payments.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and payment processing.
• Support tax filing, audit, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist management with financial reports and accounting-related matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
