Accouting Intern

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Intern to join our finance and accounting team. This role offers hands-on corporate experience, allowing you to bridge classroom theory with real-world financial operations. You will work closely with our finance team to assist in daily bookkeeping, record maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing vendor invoices, checking billing documents, and tracking incoming/outgoing payments
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and ledger entries in the accounting system
• Help prepare bank reconciliations and account balance checks
• Organize, scan, and file physical and digital financial documents, receipts, and invoices
• Assist the finance team with month-end closing, audit prep, report generation, and general administrative duties

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration
• Minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Good attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
