We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accuracy Checking Technician to join our busy pharmacy team. As an ACT, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety by performing the final accuracy checks on prescriptions and supporting the overall dispensing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions in line with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and dispensing staff to ensure the smooth operation of the dispensary.
• Maintain accurate records of checks and assist in the management of stock.
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed in a timely manner, supporting efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to other pharmacy staff where needed.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified as an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent ability to motivate a team and manage the dispensary workflow.
• Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred.
