ACH Coordinator

FOCUS Bank is accepting applications/resumes for the position of ACH Coordinator in Sikeston, Missouri. A brief job description is below:

ACH Brief Job Description -

· Review and work reports daily.

· Process daily ACH Items- incoming and outgoing files and disputes.

· Update and maintain several spreadsheets.

· Use various computer programs to accomplish job.

· Continuing training on current regulations and upcoming reg changes.

· Back up other departments in Electronic Payments Department.

· Communicate with co-workers as well as customers.

· More detailed information is available upon request.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

· Must possess excellent working knowledge of computer systems

· Must possess excellent verbal communication skills

· Shall have and maintain positive attitude and a high level of initiative

· Must successfully complete background checks

· Ability to communicate in writing

· Ability to sit & stand for extended periods of time

· Professional appearance expected

Qualified applicants will be required to successfully complete the following:

· Submit a letter of interest, a resume and three (3) references

· Interview

· Background check – including credit check
