We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, and experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air-conditioning and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair AC/HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Service split AC, package units, ducted AC, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and related equipment.
• Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and perform refrigerant charging when required.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Carry out electrical testing and fault finding.
• Respond to AC/HVAC breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform other technical and maintenance duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
• Good practical knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Flexible and willing to perform different technical and maintenance tasks.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, shifts, and emergency call-outs when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Technical qualification/ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical field is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Overtime work is required when necessary based on workload and emergency requirements.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable working in hot environments, at heights, and in confined spaces when required.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant AC/HVAC experience, preferably with UAE/GCC experience.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED4,200.00 per month
