ACMV Draftsman/Drafter (BIM/AutoCAD/CAD)

Descriptions

• Prepare, develop, and update drawings and design documentation for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawing preparation, coordination, and submission processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting techniques and BIM technologies to ensure technical competency.
• Plan, schedule, and manage drawing submissions to meet project timelines and deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and maintain proper soft copy documentation and archiving systems.
• Produce detailed installation and construction drawings based on sketches, specifications, and technical notes.
• Review, finalize, and reproduce drawing packages in accordance with project requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month
