ACMV Electrical Technician/ Senior Technician

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on ACMV Electrical Technician to join our growing team and support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of chiller systems across various sites in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works for chiller systems and ACMV equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in chillers, pumps, control panels, sensors, motors, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for chiller plants and auxiliary systems.
• Support energy optimization and operational improvement initiatives for ACMV systems.
• Coordinate repair and servicing activities with vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.
• Source and procure spare parts, materials, and equipment required for maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Assist in site inspections, testing, commissioning, and system performance checks.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare basic service reports and maintenance documentation.

About you

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, ACMV, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller or ACMV systems.
• Good knowledge of electrical control systems, motors, control panels, and HVAC equipment.
• Experience in chiller plant operations and maintenance is highly preferred.
• Familiar with procurement of spare parts and coordination with vendors.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to travel to various project sites across Singapore when required.
• Candidates with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) will have an added advantage.
