What they need
- Take off quantities and participate in residential and commercial project tenders, work out variation claims, and verify measurements with the client.
- Assess and submit a monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment.
- Certify and evaluate the progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both the main contract and subcontract works.
- Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts.
- ACMV experienced in HDB/ Commercial projects is preferred.
- This position is more focus on tendering currently.
