ACMV Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and support sales development initiatives
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, contractors, and procurement teams
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations
• Review clients' requirements and work closely with technical teams to develop competitive solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling maintenance and project services
• Participate in tender preparation and submission activities
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle

About you

• Citizenship/Status: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR)
• Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical qualification
• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage
