Creative Arts Studio is a small business in Hidalgo County, TX. We are professional, agile, creative and our goal is to guide students in the Rio Grande Valley, fomenting the discovery of their individual intrinsic natural potential.

Responsibilities:

• Teach acordeon lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Provide instruction in music theory, technique, and performance skills
• Guide students in the selection and preparation of appropriate repertoire
• Conduct individual and group rehearsals to develop ensemble skills
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Experience:

• Experience working with children, including early childhood education or preschool settings
• Knowledge of various musical styles and genres
• Ability to play multiple instruments or proficiency in a specific instrument
• Familiarity with teaching methods and techniques for different age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Not mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience in teaching music lessons or classes (Preferred)
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Passion for music education and a commitment to fostering creativity and musical growth in students
