ACORN Consultant

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking an ACORN Consultant. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced ACORN Consultant to support the administration, optimization, and enhancement of the organization's ACORN platform. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to manage constituent, membership, donor, and organizational data while improving system functionality, reporting capabilities, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business process knowledge, CRM administration experience, and data management expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the ACORN platform
• Configure, maintain, and enhance ACORN modules, workflows, and integrations
• Manage constituent, membership, donor, customer, or stakeholder data records while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership decision making
• Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution efforts
• Create user documentation, training materials, and best practices
• Support system upgrades, testing efforts, and new feature implementations
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Membership, Development, and other business units to optimize platform utilization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and organizational policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting ACORN or similar CRM, membership, donor management, or constituent management platforms
• Strong understanding of data management best practices
• Experience with report writing, dashboard development, and analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience performing data migrations, integrations, and system testing
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
