Principais atividades:
- Realizar desossa, limpeza, cortes, porcionamento e preparo de carnes;
- Avaliar a qualidade das carnes e garantir o padrão dos cortes;
- Realizar recebimento, conferência e armazenamento dos produtos;
- Controlar validade, temperatura, conservação e cadeia de frio;
- Organizar o estoque e realizar o abastecimento dos setores;
- Operar equipamentos do setor seguindo as normas de segurança;
- Cumprir as Boas Práticas de Manipulação e segurança alimentar.
Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 07h12 às 17h00.
Benefício adicional: 10% de adicional de insalubridade.
Local de trabalho: Itapevi/SP
Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
Habilitação para dirigir: B
