Acounts Executive

### Job Summary

We are looking for an *Account Executive* to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in *Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, ledger management and payment tracking*.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in *Tally*

* Perform *Bank Reconciliation (BRS)*

* Handle *GST* accounting, reconciliation and related compliance work

* Handle *TDS* entries, reconciliation and related compliance work

* Record and verify *payment entries*

* Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor *ledgers*

* Ledger scrutiny and settlement

* Track customer/vendor payments and outstanding amounts

* Follow up on pending payments

* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents

* Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, payments and accounting requirements

* Assist in regular accounts and finance reporting

Eligibility

* *Education:* B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred

* *Experience:* 1–4 years in Accounts / Finance

* Candidates with practical experience in *Tally, GST, TDS and reconciliation* will be preferred.
