ACP Cladding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ACP cladding installation activities at project sites.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, approved drawings, and installation details.
• Allocate tasks to installers and workers and monitor daily productivity.
• Ensure proper measurement, cutting, routing, folding, alignment, fixing, and joint finishing of ACP panels.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, other trades, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material requirements, panel usage, and wastage.
• Inspect completed work to ensure alignment with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, manpower records, and material requirement reports.
• Identify installation issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored.
• Achieve daily and weekly installation targets according to the project schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ACP cladding installation and site supervision.
• Experience in aluminium cladding, façade works, and architectural finishing.
• Ability to read shop drawings and understand installation methods.
• UAE project experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of site safety and quality requirements.

• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.

• Daily and weekly installation target achievement.
• Quality of installation and reduction in rework.
• Material wastage control.
• Compliance with safety requirements.
• Manpower productivity and attendance.
• Timely completion of assigned work.

Working Conditions

The position requires working at construction sites and project locations, including working at heights where necessary, in compliance with approved safety procedures.

Note: The employee shall perform other related duties assigned by management in line with project and company requirements.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
