Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG), formerly Tidewater Primary Care Physicians, P.C., was formed in 1992 with four primary care medical groups in Newport News, Hampton, and Yorktown, Virginia. We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our team.

The practice consists of two Physicians, two Physician Assistant and support from an experienced administrative and clinical team that perform clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients. The right candidate would be conscientious, empathetic, a good communicator and organized.

Position details:

• Full-time position: Monday-Thursday 7:45am–4:30pm and Friday 7:45am-4:00pm
• Established, busy, growing practice in Newport News, VA.
• One to two nights a week shared on-call schedule

Compensation starts at $93,624 per year, with the final annual salary determined by the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Current DEA license
• Current national board certification
• Current CPR certification.
