Job Overview

• We’re seeking a licensed real estate agent to work company-provided acquisition leads and retail leads, either as a primary focus or alongside other work.
• The company purchases two to three properties per month and has an established network of investors who also purchase properties.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with acquisition and retail leads to understand their needs and explore potential property transactions.
• Support property acquisition and sales by coordinating with interested sellers and investor buyers.
• Maintain clear, timely communication throughout the lead and transaction process.
• Your impact: By connecting property opportunities with sellers and investor buyers, you help move transactions forward for everyone involved.

Skills

• Active real estate agent license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage lead follow-up and coordinate multiple conversations.
• Real estate acquisition, investor sales, or retail lead experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
