As Acquisition & Performance Lead, ownership of customer acquisition across the entire portfolio will sit at the heart of the role, transforming growth into a measurable, high-performing discipline that reaches new audiences and delivers real results.

Success in this role comes from seeing opportunities where others see obstacles. From uncovering new customer pathways and refining booking journeys to analysing performance data and identifying the next growth opportunity, there is plenty of scope to make a visible impact. Every optimisation, campaign and insight will play a part in helping more people discover and enjoy everything BGL has to offer.

Working closely with colleagues across brand, partnerships, proposition and marketing, the role will shape how new audiences engage with our venues, attracting everyone from first-time golfers and fitness enthusiasts to families, social players and adventure-seekers.
