Acquisition Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Acquisition Associate/Cold Caller to identify, qualify, and secure profitable real estate deals. This role owns the front end of the acquisitions pipeline, from sourcing leads through negotiating contracts, and works closely with leadership to keep the deal flow consistent and predictable.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify motivated seller leads across multiple channels (cold calling, direct mail response, online leads, referrals)
• Build rapport with sellers and uncover true motivation, timeline, and price expectations
• Analyze comps and run numbers to determine offer ranges and deal viability
• Negotiate purchase terms and move sellers through to signed contracts
• Maintain accurate, up to date records in the CRM for every lead and deal stage
• Follow up consistently with warm and nurture leads to keep the pipeline moving
• Coordinate with the transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth handoff post-contract
• Report daily/weekly activity and deal metrics to leadership
• Continuously refine scripts, objection handling, and negotiation tactics based on results

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in acquisitions, cold calling, or sales (real estate industry experience strongly preferred)
• Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable with high call volume and rejection
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivated, coachable, and metrics-driven

Compensation: $1,000 Bi-weekly pay. Full-time, 40 hrs/wk. Long-term role

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
