Acquisition Associate

A Real Estate fund manager enhanced by proprietary AI-driven tools, while benefiting from compelling fundamentals like constrained supply growth, reshoring, and e-commerce tailwinds, is looking to hire an Acquisitions Associate. The Acquisitions Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition process by performing underwriting, evaluating potential real estate acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, market research, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting: Perform detailed underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Evaluation: Assess potential real estate acquisition opportunities by analyzing market trends, property performance, and investment potential.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with third-party consultants.
• Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the industrial real estate sector.
• Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support acquisition decisions, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related role. Experience in industrial real estate preferred.
