What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire loan application process from receipt to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and quality control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including borrowers, guarantors, and other relevant parties.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and appraisal of loan applications to ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in asset finance or related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of loan management systems and procedures.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
