Responsibilities:

• Researches markets for trends and targets.

• Evaluates properties for value and condition.

• Negotiates agreements with sellers.

• Collaborates with internal teams.

• Builds relationships with homeowners/agents

• Contributes to strategy and goals.

Qualifications:

• Background in real estate acquisitions or investment.

• Ability to analyze market data.

• Strong negotiation & communication abilities.

• Understanding of real estate trends.

• Strong relationship-building skills.
