Acquisition Manager

Duties

• Identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and industry trend analysis
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to evaluate property values, neighborhood dynamics, and investment potential
• Negotiate offers and terms with property owners, brokers, and stakeholders to secure favorable deals
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial offer to closing, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards
• Develop and maintain strong client rapport through effective communication, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams and managing real estate professionals to coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and deal finalizations
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and streamline administrative processes
• Stay informed on industry trends, local regulations, and market fluctuations to advise on strategic acquisition decisions
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and expanding the company's presence in targeted markets
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with legal standards throughout the acquisition process

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales or acquisitions within residential markets or similar sectors
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively and efficiently
• Familiarity with managing real estate transactions from start to finish while adhering to legal requirements
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse client engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales technology adoption tools for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to analyze real estate markets, assess industry trends, and apply insights strategically
• Prior administrative experience supporting real estate teams or managing complex documentation processes
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations coupled with exceptional customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Organizational skills enabling efficient management of multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $52,615.73 - $63,365.18 per year
