Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are hiring an Acquisition Manager to own and scale our alternative growth engine.This role is designed for a performance-driven marketer who thrives outside standard ad networks. If you excel at creator ecosystems, viral mechanics, and high-velocity experimentation, you will have full autonomy, budget control, and direct access to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

●Design and scale non-traditional funnels across creator networks, short-form video, and community platforms.

●Recruit and manage a regional network of creators and affiliates under performance-based commercial models.

●Optimize end-to-end conversion flows to lower acquisition costs and maximize user lifetime value.

●Implement robust tracking and attribution to protect budgets and measure traffic quality accurately.

●Experiment with new acquisition mechanics and emerging platform trends across Southeast Asia.

Must Have

●5+ years of growth, community, or performance influencer marketing experience in fast-paced digital consumer tech.

●Track record of scaling alternative channels (e.g., creator networks, affiliate clipping, viral communities).

●Strong command of growth metrics, attribution platforms, and unit economics.

●Deep familiarity with Southeast Asian digital consumer trends and platform habits.

●Proficiency in English

Nice to Have

●Hands-on experience with server-to-server attribution and custom tracking setups.

●Background in high-engagement sectors like gaming, consumer apps, or digital entertainment.

●Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
