Acquisition Manager - Personal Loan

Role Overview:

The role involves driving business growth through open market sourcing and sales activities for Personal Loans. The incumbent will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless loan processing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source customers for Personal Loans through various acquisition channels
• Engage with potential customers to identify business opportunities and drive revenue
• Conduct sales and marketing activities in the open market to generate leads
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and complete documentation requirements
• Address customer queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the loan process
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned geography

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Education: Any graduate
• Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in sales(Freshers are also welcome to apply)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be willing to work on a contractual basis for 11 months
• Age limit - Up to 30 years
