Acquisition Unit Manager

Job Purpose:

To oversee and guide the Senior and Junior Acquisition Managers within the Acquisition New Sales Group, strategically acquiring new corporate accounts to significantly bolster market share and revenue as an HMO provider.

Critical Accountabilities:

1. Unit Sales Target Achievement Ensure the unit meets or exceeds its specific sales targets through effective client acquisition and optimized sales processes.
2. Effective People Management for Target Achievement - Lead and develop their unit to enhance their performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective management practices and strong employee engagement.
3. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement - Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Acquisition group's operations by identifying and implementing process improvements and innovations that support team productivity and client retention and satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HMO, insurance, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience coaching and motivating sales teams.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
