Acquisitions Analyst

This role provides administrative and production support to the Acquisition and Due Diligence team. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will work closely with other members of the Acquisitions and Due Diligence team and may supervise, mentor and train other analysts.

Employee will exercise independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis of prospective acquisitions and development projects
• Prepare investment packages
• Conduct market research
• Present market research to investors
• Provide edits to client investment packages
• Perform analysis on current portfolio
• Mentor and train other analysts
• Additional duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred
• Advanced Real estate financial modeling experience required
• 3 or more years experience in similar role
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
