SIRJA Developer is hiring an Acquisitions Intern / Analyst to join our team.

This is a part-time, remote internship offering an opportunity to gain practical exposure to real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, financial research, and property market evaluation. Students, freshers, and aspiring professionals interested in building their knowledge of real estate investments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Help identify potential real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
• Assist with real estate market research and comparable property analysis.
• Support financial analysis, cash flow projections, and investment evaluation.
• Help prepare investment reports, presentations, and research documents.
• Assist with property due diligence, document reviews, and site visit coordination.
• Research property markets, pricing trends, and potential investment opportunities.
• Help maintain records of potential deals and provide regular progress updates.
• Support daily acquisition activities and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Strong interest in real estate, investments, or property acquisitions.
• Good analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Willingness to learn about financial analysis and real estate valuation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in market research and property site visits when required.
