AC/Ref Technician (Ref & Aircon)

We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician (Kitchen Technician) to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting kitchen equipment to ensure smooth daily operations in our restaurants and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure kitchen equipment is fully operational and meets safety standards.
• Assist in installing new kitchen equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Comply with safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of Vocational Course related to Kitchen Technology
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen setting.
• Knowledgeable in kitchen equipment; exhaust, walking chiller, ice maker machine, volcano stone, food warmer, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
