Acro/Tumble Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Acro/Tumble Coach to inspire and develop athletes in the exciting world of acrobatics and tumbling. This paid position offers an opportunity to work with passionate individuals, helping them master complex skills while fostering confidence, discipline, and a love for movement. Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging training programs focused on acrobatic and tumbling skills suitable for various age groups and skill levels
• Teach proper techniques for flips, rolls, balances, lifts, and other acrobatic movements to ensure safety and skill progression
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance
• Monitor athletes during practice sessions to ensure proper form and prevent injuries
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth
• Maintain accurate records of athlete progress, attendance, and skill milestones
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to plan events, competitions, and special training sessions

Skills

• Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on acrobatics or tumbling preferred
• Strong teaching ability with excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct diverse learners
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to acrobatic training and injury prevention
• Ability to demonstrate complex movements clearly while providing personalized guidance
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive environment that promotes confidence and enjoyment in movement

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
