About the Role:

We are seeking a Acrylic Fabricator to join our team in Dubai, with a primary focus on fabrications, exhibitions, carpentry, and interior design projects under ELS Interior Decoration.

This role combines business development and account management, requiring close collaboration with internal production, design, and site teams. The ideal candidate understands how to translate client requirements into practical, cost-effective production and interior solutions while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, and shape acrylic sheets according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Use fabrication equipment such as table saws, routers, laser cutters, CNC machines, and polishers
• Bond and assemble acrylic components using adhesives and solvents
• Sand, buff, and polish finished products to ensure high-quality appearance
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience in acrylic fabrication, plastics manufacturing, woodworking, or related field preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, rulers) accurately
• Familiarity with power tools and fabrication machinery
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.)
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
