Activation Executive (On-ground Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute GenBlu activations, roadshows, dealer events, community rides, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage riders and event attendees to introduce GenBlu, explain its benefits, and encourage app downloads and member registrations.
• Assist users with app registration, profile completion, campaign participation, loyalty rewards, and referral activities.
• Coordinate activation setup, including booths, registration counters, promotional materials, merchandise, and event logistics.
• Work closely with Yamaha dealers, rider communities, partners, and promoters to drive awareness and participation.
• Brief and coordinate promoters or event support staff to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Monitor on-ground activities, handle basic event issues, and ensure smooth execution of activations.
• Collect user feedback, track registrations and campaign participation, and prepare post-event reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Loyalty, Commercial, Product, and Creative teams to support business and growth objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in activations, events, field marketing, roadshows, community engagement, or related roles.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site, including weekends and event days when required.
• Able to coordinate event logistics, manage on-ground execution, and prepare reports.
• Familiar with mobile applications, QR code registrations, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, loyalty, fintech, telco, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
