Activation Manager

• Lead and oversee the Activation / Project Execution Team.

Translate approved concepts into clear and effective execution plans.

Manage project timeline, manpower, resources, vendors, and operational requirements.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Coordinate closely with Creative AE, Planner, Creative Design, Finance, Production, vendors, and clients.

• Manage the preparation and execution of events, brand activations, and on-ground activities.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential operational risks or issues.

• Develop contingency plans and provide quick solutions for on-ground challenges.

• Supervise vendor and production partner performance and deliverables.

• Conduct site checks, technical coordination, and execution readiness checks when required.

• Ensure all operational documents, permits, production requirements, and project needs are properly managed.

• Lead the team during project implementation and on-ground execution.

• Conduct project evaluation, including execution performance, issues, and improvement points.
