Activation/Production Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Activation/Production Hybrid Specialist to join our team and play a key role in bringing exciting brand experiences to life.

This versatile position combines brand activation, event production, logistics and on site execution. You’ll be responsible for supporting projects from the warehouse through to activation, ensuring physical assets are prepared, delivered and executed to the highest standard.

Working across a fast paced events environment, you’ll use your practical skills, technical knowledge and proactive approach to help deliver memorable brand experiences across the UK. From loading and transporting equipment to supporting installations, capturing high quality photography and resolving challenges on site, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and activation vans across the UK, with a clean and valid driving licence.
• Support the planning and coordination of production schedules and activation requirements.
• Coordinate the loading, transportation and unloading of vans and activation assets.
• Manage and maintain physical assets, ensuring everything is accounted for, prepared and ready for each project.
• Support the smooth delivery and execution of activations at brand premises and event locations.
• Provide a high level of hospitality and customer service, confidently resolving issues and responding to changing requirements on site.
• Capture high quality photography and visual content of activations on brand premises.
• Carry out quality checks on equipment, materials and finished deliverables to ensure they meet technical specifications and brand standards.
• Work closely with the production, activation and wider project teams to ensure seamless delivery from warehouse to activation.
• Assist with practical, hands on production tasks, including the safe and effective use of basic power tools and equipment.
• Be prepared to travel and work flexible hours when required, including evenings and weekends, in line with the demands of the events industry.

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who is practical, energetic and enjoys working in a hands on environment. You’ll be comfortable moving between warehouse operations, logistics and on site activation, with a strong focus on delivering excellent results.

• A valid, clean driving licence and confidence driving a van.
• Willingness to travel and work UK-wide as required.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
