Job Description

As a Active Clearance Required-Access Screening in Longmont, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a professional, welcoming environment while communicating clearly with employees and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and other authorized personnel at a front desk location within an aerospace and defense environment.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials, following site-specific entry procedures, and maintaining visitor records as required.
• Receive and direct visitors, answer incoming calls, and communicate with appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation accurately, and promptly report security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
