Active Directory

We are seeking a motivated Active Directory Administrator to support identity and access management services within an enterprise IT environment. This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals looking to develop hands-on experience in Active Directory administration, user account management, Group Policy support, and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration of Active Directory user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
• Perform account creation, modification, and deactivation activities.
• Assist with Group Policy implementation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor Active Directory services and escalate issues as needed.
• Support incident and service request resolution following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and operational records.
• Assist with reporting and process documentation activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP concepts.
• Understanding of user, group, and computer object management.
• Basic knowledge of Group Policy and access management.
• Exposure to PowerShell or interest in learning automation and scripting.
• Awareness of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts is an advantage.
• Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and IT operational processes.
