What they need
Experience: With at least 2-5 year of experience in a team lead, shift lead, or senior analyst role handling AD administration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Server Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environments.
- Experience with enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP) related to workstation domain-joining.
- Advantage: Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automating bulk user creations or modifications.
Soft Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, strong conflict-resolution capabilities, and excellent time management.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work shifting schedules (including night shifts or rotating rosters) to support global clients if required.
